All meetings rooms have been carefully planned to provide maximum flexibility and comfort. The air conditioned Mendip Room can cater for presentations up to 120 theatre style and for training courses to a maximum of 65 cabaret style. With an integrated digital projector, 12’ screen and laptop, the Mendip Room is close by the Wookey and Priddy rooms which are suitable for break-out areas or small meetings.
 

The Cheddar room is equipped with a plasma screen, air conditioning and provides a distraction free environment to concentrate on the business of the day.

                                                   
Burrington and Butcombe overlook arguably “the finest view in the South West”. A moveable wall allows these rooms to open as one or to be divided as two giving endless possibilities for workshops, informal meetings or training courses. A portable digital projector and screen are always provided within the day delegate rate.  These rooms are also used as "Walk-in" offices for 2-10 people and are provided with complimentary wi fi, flipchart and coffee/tea.  Rooms are available on an  hourly, half day or daily basis.  Rates from £25.00.

Charterhouse is private and quiet and can be set up with the either formal seating or relaxed comfortable chairs.

Fast, free Wireless Internet access is available throughout Lakewood. All conference, meetings rooms and restaurant are ramped and accessible for wheelchair users.

Business Support Office

Although there is complimentary Wi Fi at Lakewood, delegates can check emails, print documents or have a quiet area to work close by the Coffee Lounge. Our conference team is always available for help with photocopying, technical support or advice about the local area.
